Shipping Policy
There is a minimum order of $30 for all orders
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages/items. Once the package is dropped off at the courier, it is in the hands of the courier. Please track your package and collect it as soon as you can to prevent wildlife, heat, and porch pirates from tampering with it. 
  • We do not ship to P.O boxes
  • During summer months, Bebo Bars toppings and mix-ins may melt during transit. Although we do our best to prevent damage to our items, we cannot control temperatures during delivery. Therefore it is best to store items in the freezer immediately after receiving them for 30 minutes. Please only order if you are okay with this.
  • Bebo Bars requires a1-3 days processing time. If you want your order on a specific day, please plan accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Due to Bebo Bars items being perishable and baked fresh to order, orders cannot be cancelled at any time. If you would like to modify your order, please email us at thebebobars@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate any changes, however please understand that due to our processes and schedules, certain requests may not be accepted 
Refund Policy
All online orders are final and non-refundable. Because all Bebo Bars items are perishable, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • We are not responsible for any damages incurred during and after the delivery of the packages if no one is there to receive it.
  • We are not responsible for items that have been effected by temperature during the delivery process of the package.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to inclement weather, package refusal, and incomplete/incorrect shipping information effecting the freshness of the order. We can only guarantee the quality of our items if received by the shipping timeframe selected by the customer at checkout
  • We are not held responsible for wildlife getting into your package.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that are unable to get delivered or are delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
